Braeden Lichti is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NorthStrive Companies, Inc., a U.S.-based investment and advisory firm providing management, operational, and direct investment services to both private and public companies.. Mr. Lichti co-founded Elevai Labs Inc. in 2020, a medical aesthetics biotechnology company focused on developing cutting-edge regenerative skincare solutions for the physician-dispense market. Since its inception, Mr. Lichti has served as Elevai’s principal investor and strategic advisor. In 2024, he led the company’s restructuring, strategic rebranding, and name change to PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB), positioning it as a diversified public holding company.
